Once we give you a quote, we will stick to the budget or the difference is on us. If you are strapped for cash, we will work with you to develop a video that can be written, filmed and edited by one producer, maximizing the quality and minimizing the expenses. What’s more, non-profit groups receive an automatic discount.
No money at all? Here are some thrifty solutions.
- Secure a sponsorship: If you are a non-profit, you can ask a business to fund the video for you. We will include both logos in video and give copies to both groups to share and promote. Your message reaches a larger audience, while the business builds trust and credibility within their community. If the business later decides to create a video of their own, we will give them our non-profit discount to say “thank you.”
- Use the video to fundraise: After your video is complete, we can create DVDs of your project or copy it to personalized flash drives. Then we will provide a legal release (at no extra charge) allowing you to sell your video as a fundraiser. You will keep any of the money raised beyond the cost of production and materials.

One of our producers created a short documentary about the Ohio parish St. Joseph Church on a shoestring budget. The church then sold DVDs of “Struck Down But Not Destroyed” to their congregation as a fundraiser. They made a $1,000 in profit in just a week.
