Editing “Not Now” to Perfection

The short film “Not Now” went through the most radical changes during the editing process of any video we had ever produced. The first draft was 3 minutes long. But our client Grotto Network loved the story so much, they asked us to lengthen it to over 9 minutes.

After an additional shoot, a script rewrite and 17 versions later, the video emerged in its present form. Instead of just one more piece in a sea of content, “Not Now” became Grotto’s feature of the month with multiple teaser trailers and a digital premiere event. For us, it became an example of both the excitement and the satisfaction of capturing and sharing a story worth celebrating.

Video created for Grotto Network.
